Personalized Santa letters purchased individually are mailed in an elegant ivory envelope through USPS.

Orders containing additional keepsakes are packaged separately to help protect their contents during shipping.

How are Christmas gift boxes shipped?

Our Christmas gift boxes are carefully packaged to help ensure your North Pole treasures arrive safely.

Can I change my personalization information after ordering?

Are North Pole Magic Snow and Magical Reindeer Food edible?

No. Both products are decorative Christmas items only and are not intended for human or animal consumption. Keep them away from young children and pets.
